Market Research

A company that offers employee benefits should also offer benefits in its digital products, making the app a marketable product rather than a flawed experience. The digital transformation of food card companies in Turkey ignored the user experience. Apps do not reflect the identity, the vision and the goals of the companies, Instead, they are often off-the-shelf templates.

CIO Kurumsal had a significant opportunity in the market. The aim is to design an application that companies can offer as a valuable optional benefit by focusing on creating a user-friendly platform that genuinely meets users' needs and is something they would willingly choose to

use. By achieving this, we can transform the offer of "CIOCard" from a standard job benefit to an exciting and appealing feature for employees.
